What data we process
Your name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address, information about your store and market that you share with us, and payment details. For partners, also the details needed to pay out commission.
What we use it for
To stay in touch with you, send you a proposal, carry out the assignment, pay out commissions and keep our records.
Legal basis
To perform our agreement with you, because the law requires us to keep records, and because we have a legitimate interest in contacting you when you ask us to.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the assignment. Data that belongs in our records is kept for 7 years, as required by law.
Who we share it with
Only with parties we need to do our work: Klaviyo (in the client's account), WhatsApp/Meta for contact, our website hosting and our accountant. We never sell your data.
Data in your Klaviyo account
When we work in your Klaviyo account, we process your customers' data on your behalf. We only use it for your assignment and nothing else.
Cookies and website
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Our website loads a font from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data, and you can object. Send a message to +31 6 16975360 to do so. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We protect your data as well as reasonably possible, including with strong passwords and two-factor authentication on our accounts.
